on/off switch faulty on HP ProDesk 400 G2

My ProDesk 400 G2 is 5 months out of guarantee and the on/off switch has been a little tricky to get on recently.  This morning it would not switch on, but when I tried this afternoon it did come on.  How do I get a new one or get it repaired?  Customer support only seems to work under guarantee.  I can pick up emails on another device.  Bluetit
