We just receive a new shipment of t520 Thin Clients with Windows 7 Embeded OS. I've gone to HP's Support page and did the auto detect which it finds and identifies the Thin Client. I then download ThinUpdate 1.04 but when I try to access the latest images I get the following error "Failed to retreive thin client platforms information from FTP repository". (see attached). This happens at both home and work. I wanted to verify it wasn't a firewall or webfilter at work but I'm having the same issue at home. I've deactived the Windows Firewall as well for grins. I've also tried running it from a PC. Has anyone see this before?
