Hello,
One of our computer suddenly stopped working. Unfortunately, the user did not take notice of the potential LED or Beep error and simply turned off the PC and disconnected the power cable. Upon reconnection and trying to reboot PC:
- the PSU, CPU and case fan start spinning and stop immediately;
- the Power button blinks blue once;
- we can hear power being sent to the internal speaker, but no specific error message;
We ordered a replacement power supply and disconnected/removed every possible components but the behavior is still the same.
Did anyone encountered anaything similar with these models ?
