Hi:

 

You have to run this utility every time you boot into windows, as the processor you installed (if it was an E7xxx) is not supported, and there is a bug in the BIOS that HP will never fix.

 

You can max out the multiplier to 10.5 with this utility and your PC should run fine.

 

If you know how to make a batch file to start the program automatically, that would be good.
