dc7700 cache problem

I upgraded cpu in my dc7700 vpro pc after upgrade in bios processor cache : l1 00064kb0a x2 and l2 0000bkb 0bx1
Like this and i check cpu speed with cpuid utilite its shews current x6 and maximum x10.5
I thing my new cpu uses half cashe so plz help me what i do???
