Basically, you can't.
If you want multiple images contained in one file, you can have all the documents on the scanner screen and scan them all into one file -- but then, you would need an app that allows you to cut and paste images if you later want to separate out the different images.
Sorry, but that is how scanners work -- they create new files or overwrite existing files, then don't merge with existing files.
