Ok bad news everyone...
We've just received 3 thin clients back fromt he Floor who blue screened...
These were imaged with the newer OS version image from HP...
Also from HP. Support seems to have no willingness to try to analyse this and are only offering to replace our hardware... I've tried to explain to them that changing the hardware will not do anything and that it's most likely a problem with the OS image (Or OS image on this specific model) but that just seems to be fallign on deaf ears...
I supose we'll be purchasing our thin clients from another vendor next time.
I just don't have to time for this kind of basic issue on a device that "should just work".
Isin't the point of a thin client that we don't need to spend time maintaining and supporting them?
I have helpdesk staff changing Thinclients at least 2 times a week and It's really not helping with the users who are already lukewarm to the idea of VDI...
(As you can tell im a bit frustrated by this whole story.)
