@Dan_WGBU, thanks for your reply and sorry for my late response.

I have not tried using only 1 CPU, but I'll remove the second CPU and give that a try. 

I did press CMOS reset button and removed the CMOS battery on both system boards as well (thinking that would insure clearing it).

I'll post what happens with removing the CPU, pass or fail.
