Hi,

From the following document, you can put 3 x 8GB x 2 = 48GB for a dual CPU machine:

Hi banhien,

I found that pdf too, and that's what I don't really understand.

The HP Z600 Workstation supports:

• Unbuffered 1-GB, 2-GB, and 4-GB single- and dualrank PC3-10600E 1333 MHZ ECC DIMMs

• Registered 4-GB and 8-GB dual-rank PC3-10600R 1333 MHz DIMMs

But for Z600 B3, it only supports Unbuffered ECC, so is 4GB per stick a limit for Z600 B3?
