Send task to agent settings not working

We have HPDM 4.7 set up and working ok. But when sending a task to agents and setting the VNC settings to ON and setting a password it shows that it has worked and the task goes green. Then when trying to shadow the client or vnc to its ip I get an authentication error 

The only way I can get the shadowing to work is to set the password locally on the thin client
