Hi,
Our company just purchased a few 8300 Elite slim desktops from a vendor. They all perform well with a fresh install of Windows 10. The only thing that has me scratching my head is the reboot process. Every one we have takes about 2 minutes to restart in between windows shutting down and hitting the BIOS. I honestly havent seen anything like this.
I don't mean it as in Windows takes a long time to finish, it's once the OS is done and the reboot process begins. Between that time the computer then just sits there doing nothing with a blank screen (monitor in sleep mode). Almost like it shut down instead, but after maybe 2 minutes it actually begins the boot process hitting the BIOS and loads the OS like there is no problem. Doing a normal shut down and start up works perfectly fine as well
Is this normal on the 8300? is there something in the BIOS I need to be looking for that causes this?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Jonathan
