Well, I've had some time left and created a new server.
Installed 4.7 and configured it. Than installed SP1, SP2, SP3 and SP4. Now it went succesfully.
Imported the images from the 'old' server and it was done. Took me about 3 hours for everything, but now I have the latest version and a fresh 2012 R2 server.
