Hi John,
We don't provide DM command for uninstallation. I would suggest you use the windows command to delete the service
1: sc stop HPDMGateway
2: sc delete HPDMGateway
3: Reboot the system
4: Manually delete HPDM Gateway files if necessary
Please try above method on your test machine before applying to production.
