old_geekster is correct, this is a peer to peer help forum. It is not a substitute for the HP helpdesk and dedicated Customer Support. If the HP system is under warranty, customer support is the best place to contact HP first.
There are some HP employees on this forum. I am one of them. We must disclose this when replying, and any advice given in this forum by an HP employee is not official HP support advice (see my signature).
Almost all of the HP employees on this forum participate in their "spare time", and are not involved directly in customer support. I participate when I have time, and try to give helpful advice in areas that I know well, but Customer Support is the place to get official support.
About twice a year, HP holds "Expert Days" on these forums. During these days, HP encourages knowledgeable employees to participate and answer as many questions as possible. Otherwise, HP employee participation is limited. FYI.
