As the subject line states the Citrix session icons on the desktop are overlapping each other by the name field. This is our initial trial of HP's ThinPro clients. Our T620 is connecting to our Citrix environment successfully. But for those users have have several available sessions or applications to choice from the icon names overlap. The first row column of icons display correctly. The icon pictures all line up straight and correct in each row. However, the name field overlaps onto the second columns name. Basically the beginning of the icon name for each icon in the second row gets covered up by the first column. Not until you select an icon in the second row do you see the full name.
We have attempted to adjust the display settings with no luck. This happens on a 19" and a 24" monitor. Wondering if others have experienced this issue and if there is anything that can be done to correct this issue?
