The Z600 uses an industry-standard "CK410B" IC to generate the clock signals. It is U6. There is also a standard "DB800" buffer IC, which provides clock signals to the slots and LAN. The buffer is U7.
U6 and U7 are highlighted in the picture below. Both are located above the first expansion slot, with U7 closer to the edge of the board.
