I got a new 400GB Intel SSD 750 series (SSDPEDMW40) and did a fresh installation of Windows 10. I also have a Seagate constellation (ST2000NM0033) connected to the SATA port on the motherboard.
But Windows thinks the Seagate is a removable drive:
