The Intel graphics adapter you show listed is integrated into your motherboard. You appear to have added the AMD adapter, and I'll assume that it is in the PCIe x16 Generation 3 slot on the motherboard (where it should be).
Within BIOS, in the Device Security section (which is under the Security tab) you should be able to see the integrated Intel on-board video adapter, and change that from Device Available to Device Hidden. I'm assuming you only want to use the AMD video adapter card. Don't forget to save that change properly on the way out of BIOS.
I hit an analogous situation with a HP xw workstation which needed to have a wireless network card in place.... I had odd crashes until I did that trick for the on-motherboard network interface adapter. After changing that to Device Hidden I had zero problems.
From prior BIOS research this method makes the device invisible to both the OS and the BIOS until it is turned on again. That is, it will not show up in Device Manager, or be seen by the OS or an installed program as a source of conflicts. It probably will be wise to tape a note inside the case cover reminding for the future that the on-board video adapter is disabled in BIOS so others will know to change it to Device Available if they want to use it later.
Please give us an update on how this worked......
