HP Compaq dc7900 Lines Across Screen

Hello,

So I have this Hp Compaq dc7900 Convertible Minitower here at my work.  I've tried update all the drivers, changing as much hardware as I can, even ghosted the computer next to it and replaced the OS that was on there and I still get these lines.

Seems like a onboard hardware video error, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
