This is to request your kind intervention into few of my queries.
1.We are under Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) under Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India
2.In our School (KV Burdwan, West Bengal) there are old 08 Compaque PCs (2003 make) which needs to be condemned by the school this year, so that we could purchase few new ones in the next financial year.
3.As per instruction of Govt. of India , before condemnation we need to explore the Buy back options from associated vendor.
4. I wanted your help regarding this. If from your side a buyback is possible then do write to us the procedure, if not , we need a certificate from you that under current circumstances you don't have a buy back offer for us, signed and stamped by your authority(so that we can produce it to our condemnation board)
