This could be an issue with the System Board.
Before you call tech support (1-800-334-5144) for the service please follow the steps given below:
1. Power OFF the unit.
2. Remove the CMOS Battery (RTC Battery) and press and hold the CMOS Button for 15 to 30 seconds.
3. Connect the CMOS Battery (RTC Battery) back.
4. Also boot into BIOS (Power ON the unit and keep tapping on F10).
5. Do a Restore Defaults BIOS Settings.
If the above steps does not resolve the issue then you might have to call the tech support and get the service arranged for System Board replacement.
