Thank you for posting your query on HP Support Forum

 

The VGA and DVI ports which is onboard are plug and play ports.

 

There is no settings in the BIOS to switch from VGA to DVI. 

 

If you are looking for dual display conncet the VGA Cable to VGA port and DVI cable to DVI port.

 

In case you are not getting display from DVI port then would recommend to update the Graphics Driver and the link if given below:

 

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25176/Intel-HD-Graphics-Production-Driver-for-Windows-10-64-bit-N-Series-
