Well I just spoke to Celeste again, she is kindly trying to source the parts for me but has still had no luck in getting them. She says Poland does not have them and that my best chance is for them to fly it back to the uk and see if they have them , if they do not , then I will have to wait whilst they search the globe for a new motherboard with a vga graphics output that works which will fit in my machine which HP does not have. I have been told that this search may go on until I have waited two months in purgatory.
From the sounds of it I think now that there is more chance of hell freezing over than this getting sorted in time.
Quite simply HP is not willing to replace my computer with an equivalent even though I have done nothing wrong. I simply cannot understand why a replacement equivalent cannot be sent out for tomorrow if the parts cannot be sourced and they know that but are unwilling to admit the fault.
I need HP to sort their act out pronto because their actions are damaging my business.
I will hopefully have a verdict by the end of the day I have been told to find out if the uk has the parts which if they do, then why were these things not checked first? Why could they not be fixed in the u.k.
If if they don't have them then what???
And I fear they intend for this to continue for another month even if they cannot get the parts, rather than sort it out.
I do not know what to do?
My cries fall on tied hands and deaf ears!
I feel doomed!!!!!!!
