HP has had my laptop now for weeks now, I told them I need it back within two weeks for work, they have sent it to Poland to be fixed, they now say that for the last week they knew they do not have the parts, they now want to send it back to the UK, where they do not have the parts either, I have told her we need to replace my computer with an equivalent , But they will not, even though I know it is within their capability to, they have left me stranded without a computer for work. I needed it back for today and the girl that is dealing with it Celeste still does not know if she can get the parts. If she decided to replace my computer with the equivalent Zbook 17 G3 I would have it by tomorrow and everything will be resolved . However Celeste has decided not to do this and instead leaving my business crippled. Thanks for that!
I am seriously considering legal action as she suggested I go and buy another backup computer or wait up to two months to get a replacement. This is both insulting and unacceptable! Apparently that was the supervisor! HP have totally screwed me over, I do not know what to do next, they genuinely don't seem to care. Does anyone in HP have the ability to sort a replacement please as I cannot wait any longer. Please Help!!!!!!!
