Can you still go into the BIOS? If so, assuming the Z220 bios is anything like the one in the Z420 etc. try changing the Device Options settings from Legacy to EFI or vice versa (PXE, mass storage, video).
If not, perhaps try to reset the CMOS (unplug power cord and hold down the button on the board for a few seconds) then try to enter the bios.
