Does anyone know if it is possible with HP Automated Device importer, to automatically move an TC object between multiple manual groups. The CSV files that are used by HP Automated Device importer are automaticaly created from our CMDB. So if an entry changes in the CMDB, it is automaticaly added to another CSV file.
For example we have the following CSV files.
Book1_Thin Clients_org1.csv
Book1_Thin Clients_org2.csv
When in the CMDB the org value from a device changes from org1 to org2, the device wil be added to Book1_Thin Clients_org2.csv and removed from Book1_Thin Clients_org1.csv.
When the device is already added in HPDM in Thin Clients\org1 group, the device doesn't automaticaly move to the Thin Clients\org2 group.
Is this possible with the HP Automated Device Importer? I hope that we are not the only ones that have this challenge!
