I have a system that is under warranty. I'd like to submit a case via the website. I put in the serial number and it pulls up my system. I click on submit a case and it tells me "Servers and Network Devices are handles at HPE Warranty Support"
When I try to submit a case on the HPE site it tells me "Desktop Support is handled through HP Support".
They just keep sending me back and forth. Neither allows me to actually submit a case to get my issue resolved. Of course, I'm going to call now, but this is a large issue on the website.
