A i7-6700 or i7-6700k running at stock speed would probably work, however the problem could be in cooling. The Wave uses the 'T' low power consumption CPU's and the TDP of the standard CPU far exceeds this.
Given the Wave's design, I can't really see any option of installing an aftermarket cooler in such a form factor.
