Unfortunately HP stores won't ship directly to private customers in Vietnam and many countries. Please contact HP in Vietnam and ask them to import it for you. Phones list:

Other option: ask friends, relatives who live in the US to buy for you and hope they can ship to Vietnam for you.
Note: You can config and buy but when entering your addres the order will be rejected.
