I installed an Intel 600p SSD via SIIG M.2 to PCIe adapter. Neihter BIOS nor Windows see the SSD. But if I go into the Control Panel > Hardware > Devices >PC, I see an unidentified PCI device with no driver.
Can someone clue me in as to what is happening? Am I missing something or is nvme not supported by this system? The goal is to eventually make the SSD the boot drive, but for now I can't even use it as storage.
Have you installed the NVMe hotfix for WIndows 7?
