Why is it impossible to log a warranty call.
When you try to log a call from the https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact
and take the business support option and try to create a new case it just starts looping, and no other method of logging a warranty call is listed. the contact HP UK on [content removed] is as pointless as chocolate teapot be because it points you back to https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact. 4 hrs trying to find a way. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL, even DELL make it easier to log warranty calls.
I just need a system board as the embedded sound car is faulty.
Dev manager says its been removed as it's greyed out.
Trying to add latest drivers results in no suitable device.
BIOS is at latest level.
Its been rebuilt from the ground up, twice once with windows 22h2, and also with a linux distro (RH) still no sound card
