I agree the Z440 workstation is a fantastic platform. I would also suggest the somewhat lower cost Z240 workstation (even the Small Form Factor chassis). Most of the available graphics cards would support 4k displays so unless you need 3d support, something like the AMD FirePro w2100 is low cost and pretty powerful, or an Nvidia Quadre k420
