Okay, I've got a serious problem. My computer, a Pavillion 500-210qe, is randomly shutting down and restarting throughout the day. It doesn't happen at the same time everyday. I've looked at the event logs and it gives me a kernel 41 error at each shutdown and restart. I have already replaced the PSU but that hasn't stopped the problem. I updated the BIOS with no such luck. This started happening about a month ago on my computer. To me it seems like it has to be due to an update with windows or drivers. Here's why I think it has to be an update. Because we have 3 other computers doing the same thing. I doubt the RAM, motherboards and PSUs would all go bad at the same time. Two of the other computers are Pavillion 500-200t and the other one is a 500-210qe just like mine. I have done just about everything I've found to try off the internet but I'm at my wits end. Nothing has seemed to help. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thanks,
Steve
