That is about as secure as it gets......

 

 

 

I don't use that option.  Try clearing the CMOS.  Read up in here on how to do that correctly.  Don't forget to unplug from the wall.  I also take out the motherboard battery, hold down the CMOS clear button for 30 seconds, press the power on button multiple times, etc.
