What's the DM version you're using?
How did you import the images? Detailed step will help replicate the issue.
Are you able to execute any of the File Server related tasks? Like capture & deploy file. This is to check the Repository Configuration.
Please send both the MasterRepositoryController.log and Console.log when the error happening.
