OK, so your server is with version HPDM 4.6 SP4. If you look at the correspondent ThinPro 5.2 Agent version

21244 which is earlier than the default one on your operating system 22274.
In this case, highly recommend a Server upgrade to SP5, then an Agent update to version 22710 to experience the latest functionality.

The wired hostname might due to the message format change on the new operating system which the old DM server & Agent can't recoganize.
