Can you provide the agent.log with debug log for troubleshooting?
Also when the first First Contact Task failed, please try
1. delete the unit
2. discover the unit again
3. Suppose it will trigger the same first contact task.
See if task could be finished successfully.
Please also provide the DM Agent version on the Thin Client as well as the DM server version.
