Re: Changing HPDM agent pull interval

Hi Chen,

 

Fair enough, someone should concider changing that to an hour by default. since you have the option of having the agent pull tasks, I dont understand why default would be one day. I get that if you have 1000 clients asking to pull information every 5th minutte, that would generate some traffic, but at least then you would be able to change the pull interval without having to wait one whole day. As to your question. This is somewhat strange. When I have my clients report in, I get the "the operation may take a long time because the device in red is behind an NAT". 

However if I delete all visible clients, and have HPDM manually search for them I am actually able to send a task before having the NAT issue again. I assume this is due to our network configuration, but thats another department and that won't be changed.
