Regarding RAM:
Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type "memory" and press Enter to launch the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool to check the memory.
You wrote earlier that "it happens with every software". Please define "every software", iow Notepad, Photoshop, Calculator, After Effects, Wordpad, etc.
You also wrote " while checking with heat monitoring software some time it shutsdown without any over heat issue, some thing with over heat" . Define "some thing with overheat". Overheated memory, overheated CPU, overheated GPU, or?
Have you controlled that all fans are spinning, iow the chassi fans (front and back), CPU fans, GPU fan, memory fans, power supply fans?
What are the computer specifications, iow CPU/GPU/ammount of RAM/water or air cooled CPU´s.
FYI, I have been running Adobe Premiere Pro on the HP Z800 without any heat issues from 2010 to 2015. Today i use a HP Z440 with no heat issues.
