blue screen BSOD - HP Z440 and hasp driver

I need help with installing hasp driver on workstation Z440.

Well problem is that when I’m installing driver my machine HP Z440, get's blue screen.

I attached you pictures of screen. Installing starts but when it's need to be finish blue screen appears.

I tried older version of hasp driver 7.50, and I reinstall windows 10 pro 64bit, but problem stays.

I even try win7pro sp1, problem is the same.

I do have other machines, e.g. dell Optiplex 7010 and on that I normally installed hasp driver!
