The recent Windows 10 upgrade failed and I need to load a new version which I have on a sandisk. Three problems:
First, the sandisk slot appears blocked. This must be very new since I use it frequently to download pictures from my camera. Could the failed update have done this, and is there a way to fix it?
Second, I am sure I will need a Product Code when I to load the new version and I am unable to locate it. I am very careful about things like that but somehow I have misplaced it. I purchased the Z1 in 2012 so the support people will not talk to me. Of course I have the product number and serial number and my original customer number and I am wondering if there is any way to retrieve the information I need to install the update.
Third, when I downloaded the Windows 10 update I was not given the option for Windows 10 Pro which is what I purchased. When I did the download I said it was for home use, maybe I need to do it again and say it is for a business product.
