In my case, as i wrote in my latest post, I was able to configure a second t520 manually and capture the image to USB drive from that 2nd thin cient. Then I used that to re-image the first thin client. I then made a change on the 1st thin client and was able to capture the image from the 1st thin client successfully after that. Since I found a way to get it working, I didn't have time to spent hours and hours troubleshooting the root cause with HP support. If you have more than one thin client, I would try setting up a second one and try the capture from there.
