Looks like there is something wrong with your Master Repository Configuration:
What's the OS of your Thin Client?
From the logs of "Failed to get FTP settings". Seems you have only configured Share Folder. However the share folder you have configured is not reachable from the Thin Client.
Failed to login in share folder,username:vmntjachpdm02\hpdmftp, password:******,remote path:\\10.177.7.219\Repository
Could you test the connection with same username/password on one of your Thin Client?
Also you can refer to the white paper of "Repository Management" to reset your Repository settings. White paper can be easily reach through HELP->WHITEPAPER on your HPDM Console.
