HP Z1 G1 LCD Panel 682306-001 vs 671197-001

My HP Z1's lcd panel has gone dim on the right side. It has a replacemnet lcd panel #682306-001 (yes this is the second time this has happened). I can only locate, at this time, an HP #671197-001 panel. Both have an LG part # of LM270WQ1(SD)(DB). Are they interchangeable? Thanks, Mike
