One thing i noticed now is that you have very little RAM in your machine. How many memory sticks do you find in the machine and how are they distibuted in the memory slots?
If you for example install Adobe After Effects the renders would be very slow due to the lack of RAM. Good to know!
But, despite that it does not explain the speed of your processors. Also, test gabornico´s suggestion abowe.
