There is a question i want to raise to the management of HP. Why there is so rapid changings in the specifications of the products? Why a model gets obsolete within a year? The specifications of few models lacks many important features which other brands are making cause for us to loose deals.
I think HP don't bother to help the partners in selling. Whenever i have queries, remains unanswered. There is no interaction with HP Support/Technical people who could answer our queries or help us in getting the specifications changed according to market demand.
Let me give you an example. HP Probook 450 G3 doesnt have Bluetooth anymore. Clients generally ask Bluetooth with WLAN where we dont have any such option in Configurator anymore.
Secondly the obsolete products are still available in configurator and the few items which are available are not appearing in Configurator. We cannot order HP 280 G1 as its obsolete but its still available in Configurator. Same like this we can order HP Prodesk 400 G2 Desktop Mini but its not available in Configurator anymore.
There are so much challenges which all the partners face during configuring products. There are so many queries from all the HP Partners in Pakistan which needs to be answered. The management of HP should take notice and arrange a talk or meeting including Technical Team of HP.
