I uh, I think I got on the bios. I pressed F10 when i started up my pc and it came up with a blue 1900s graphics menu. after looking through them I went under advanced and found what could be the memory slots. i wrote them down:
Slot 1 PCI e2 x8(4)
Slot 2 PCI e2 x16
Slot 3 PCI e x8(4)
Slot 4 PCI e2 x16
Slot 5
Slot 6
That would mean I have version 1? Because slot 5 and 6 are unused, or maybe they're meant to be like that and I have 6 slots.
as for the driver, I only found BIOS Configuration Utility (BCU) (International) and it was apparently from mid 2012 so it's probably the wrong one. also i couldn't find a w10 os so i just selected w8. i installed it and the 'bios' (if it is actually the bios) looked the same with its 1900s graphics blue background pixelised menu.
