I have a few suggestions to resolve this issue:-
Please install the latest drivers
Chipset > Click here
Graphics card > Click here
And for the previous version of the BIOS > Click here
If the above doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to contact the HP Phone Support so they can email you a link that contains an older version of BIOS that isn't available on our site anymore.
