Unfortunately, the issue is not with Windows as the link you provided suggested. It's an issue with the setting missing in the BIOS. I'm not sure why the HP EliteDesk 800 G1 provides this option, yet the G2 does not.
When we image our PCs we use a flash drive and part of the image process changes certain settings in the BIOS such a the Num Lock.
Any idea if or when an updated BIOS will be availabe to resolve this issue?
