Run sfc scan: System File Checker is a utility in Microsoft Windows that allows users to scan for and restore corruptions in Windows system files.
1. Press Windows + X from desktop.
2. Then click on Command Prompt (Admin).
3. Then type in sfc /scannow and press Enter.
Method 2:
Resetting lets you choose whether to keep your files or remove them, and then reinstalls Windows. To get started, go to Settings> Update & security> Reset this PC>Get started and choose an option. Click on the link below for further reference:
